Almost immediately after your home is completed in the factory, delivery is planned after confirmation that the job site is ready. Once your home is delivered, Impresa Modular will coordinate the placement of your home on the foundation with a professional set and crane crew. It all happens very quickly at this point in the process. At this stage, the site and basem*nt utilities get completed, the heating system is installed (if not factory completed) and the concrete and yard work are completed. In the final stage, the interior finish will be completed between the modular sections, this will include finishing floor seams, center wall doors and jambs, and drywall and paint touch up. Most modular homes will be completed within approximately 6 weeks of delivery and ready for you to enjoy!
