Now is not the time to push off performance reviews. People need answers. People need feedback. People need to know where they stand. It's human nature.Employees crave feedback and some certainty. Many companies, uncertain of their financial future, are pushing off performance reviews. But now is not the time to push off that critical communication. If you don't give feedback, employees will find a place to get that feedback.Working arrangement have never changed as dramatically as they have in the past 60 days. Formal check-ins with employees, hopefully weekly, will ensure that you and your employees stay in sync. Oh yeah...and Blaast is launching an excellent platform that will help with this feedback, with remote or non-remote employees. If you are interested, hit me up. We are launching our MVP.
