What level of NICU is Erlanger East? ›

Children's Hospital at Erlanger is home to the region's only Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit – the highest level of care available for critically ill newborns. This means we are a regional NICU with comprehensive services to treat all medical and surgical problems of newborns.

Admission and Visitation

When you are admitted to Labor & Delivery, you are supplied with visitor stickers. These stickers are to be worn by ALL visitors in the Labor & Delivery unit. Due to patient and infant safety, only four visitors are allowed at a time. There cannot be any visitors standing in the hallways.

A Baron's Gift

Before Your Baby's NICU Stay
