What Is TouchTunes Unlimited (TTU)?
TouchTunes Unlimited brings the engaging, interactive TouchTunes jukebox music experience enjoyed by millions of people every week to offices, workspaces, and other non-traditional jukebox spaces nationwide. A TouchTunes Unlimited subscription provides businesses with a comprehensive solution that includes the market leading TouchTunes jukebox, unlimited free plays, background music, and world class support.
Who is TouchTunes Unlimited for?
TouchTunes Unlimited is for offices and workplaces that want to leverage the power of music to help create a fun, engaging and creative environment. Installed in a common area such as a lobby, warehouse, employee lounge, kitchen, or game room, the TouchTunes jukebox opens new possibilities for employee engagement and camaraderie.
TouchTunes Unlimited is also great for universities, retail settings, and more.
Can TouchTunes Unlimited customers play songs through the TouchTunes Mobile app, and can users outside of their office play songs using the mobile app?
The TouchTunes mobile app is available and can be used for TouchTunes Unlimited. The TouchTunes Unlimited jukebox will not be visible to TouchTunes mobile app users outside of the company and a user will need to scan a QR code on the interface play the jukebox.
Refer to the TouchTunes Unlimited Quick Start Guide for more information. The Quick Start Guide is sent to all TouchTunes Unlimited customers.
Can the I control the music filters?
TouchTunes has access to control the jukebox filters. Operators do not have access to the jukebox on Tempo and do not have access to control the music. Any requests to change the music should be referred to TouchTunes at unlimitedsupport@touchtunes.com
Does the TouchTunes Unlimited program include Background Music?
Yes. The jukebox will have 10+ TouchTunes Unlimited background music channels. The channels will be programmed to change throughout the day as specified by the customer prior to installation. The customer can change the channel using the remote control.

Is TouchTunes Unlimited sold directly to businesses?
Yes. TouchTunes Unlimited will be marketed and directly sold to businesses using an internal TouchTunes sales team as well as digital and other direct marketing programs.
Can I sell TouchTunes Unlimited (Not just service through The Pelican Group)
Yes. Operators can sell TouchTunes Unlimited. Contact a TouchTunes Unlimited Account Manager at unlimitedsupport@touchtunes.com for more information.
The TouchTunes Unlimited program is only available in non-traditional, commercial venues. A TouchTunes Unlimited jukebox may not be installed in a home, bar, or bar/restaurant venue.
Will the customer call me directly to service the jukebox?
TouchTunes Unlimited customers will call TouchTunes for all service issues. If a TouchTunes Unlimited customer calls you, direct them to TouchTunes at unlimitedsupport@touchtunes.com or 847-495-2008.
Only respond to a service call request directly from TouchTunes or Pelican.
How do I order a replacement part?
Call TouchTunes for help or to order a replacement part. You can call the TouchTunes Unlimited (847-495-2008) or the standard TouchTunes Tech Support phone number. Give the TouchTunes tech your company name and inform them that you are servicing a TouchTunes Unlimited account.
Replacement parts will be sent to you to deliver and install in the jukebox. Be sure to take the replaced part with you and ship it back to TouchTunes using the return shipping label provided. You will be invoiced for any part not received by TouchTunes within 30 days, per TouchTunes’ standard warranty policy.
Am I responsible for fixing internet and AV system issues?
Generally, internet and AV system issues are the responsibility of the TTU customer. However, you may receive a request to investigate an unknown issue with the jukebox and conclude that the problem is really with internet or sound. These issues must be reported to your Pelican for you to be compensated for the service call.
TTU customers may purchase speakers from TouchTunes. These speakers and their installation are covered under TouchTunes’ warranty. If this is the case, you will be notified before servicing the jukebox and if the speaker failed, a replacement speaker must be ordered from TouchTunes and you will be compensated for installing it.
Can I install additional speakers or other amusem*nt equipment if requested by the TTU customer?
Yes. You can sell and install additional speakers and other equipment directly to TTU customers. Any such arrangement would be directly between you and the TTU customer and is not covered under TouchTunes’ contract or warranty with the customer.
