  I don’t know who these hosts are. Things change, people move on and people still buy. If I want to order something which isn’t very often I just go on line and compare it with other sellers of the same product, even Ebay at times. I don’t care about the hosts. They all talk too much.

  I really miss Connie Craig Carroll. She was a classy, proper Southern lady, who was always prepared and knew her products. She was knowledgeable and entertaining to watch, particularly with Jay King. I hope to see her on Evine/Shop HQ. It seems Evine/Shop HQ keeps getting better because they get all the rejected HSN brands like Sharif, Nicky Butler, Dallas Prince, Serious Skincare, Samuel B. Now that Iman’s gone, I have little reason to watch HSN. I only tune in for Heidi Daus.

  I’m really not happy with the HSN host changes. Doesn’t management understand that the audience connections more with the hosts than with the merchandise? I liked Robin Wall. Brett and Connie were very good, too. Many of our longtime favorites are gone and it doesn’t feel like the same HSN shopping experience. A shame!

  Honestly, I couldn’t watch Robin or Brett. (I would have to turn the channel.) I did like to watch Connie.

  I’ve noticed that the hosts & some of the guests are doing a harder sell. (Maybe they were told to.) But a harder sell doesn’t work with me – it’s a turn-off.

  I don’t usually watch QVC. I don’t care for most of their hosts. But I’ll click on it to see if Carolyn Pollack is on. Yesterday their host had on reading glasses & she was looking over her glasses at the cameras, chattering away. I can’t believe they let her do that.

    @pinkdoll…LOL, was it Shawn?? That sounds like her. I enjoy watching her. She and Leah are the Colleen Lopez’s of QVC in my opinion. Some host end up being “personalities” with huge followers.

  I stopped watching Colleen when she would get so excited about every Lessman TS. It is all a sales pitch and Colleen has mastered getting people to buy. That is the name of the game.To me, it is pho ny.

    I totally agree @kelscuddles. I have often thought the same thing…”omg, I’m so excited….” As she dips her knees and claps her hands. But don’t say that too many times on this forum. There is a group who seems to be determined to only speak of rainbows and ponies. Cult like…
    If you speak to anything un-aunthentic they come out in droves to censor you.

  have you ever watched that Colleen when she is on with Lessman vitamins when its the today special and it enough for the year she says to stock up buy two three and she takes everything I have contacted lessmans company i have stopped taking some of the vitamins she is annoying and he is just a decent guy I know people who watch her when she is on lessman and its just a joke How can a person take ll those vitamins I posted a comment years ago about her and some of the old customers responded that she is the best they can have her

    I have learned to listen to Andrew and not the “hosts” – they have their special ways of selling, but it is the product that A.Lessman produces that are the important part.

    I think before we “stock” up we need to learn the expiration date….lol can’t buy 3 years worth if it expires within a year!

  ITA, I loved Connie with Jay, and also with Carol Brodie. I also thought Robin really found her niche on late night, and never thought anyone could be as good as Helen at that time. No more HSN for me. Frankly, I’m not into Colleen Lopez, and her taste in fashion, but it must be HSN’s demographic.

    I agree with you also I really liked Robin, Brett. and Connie so very sorry they are gone !!! the tv sets are not inviting or pretty I really started to notice about last fall and especially last Christmas !!!! Its such a shame QVC managed to buy them out ! HSN was a delight not NOW SINCE QVC GOT INVOLVED !

    Yep! QVC is ruining HSN or rather the CEO of these two companies is. HSN is my favorite of the two. It was “fun” here. Bring that back! You know it’s really irritating to see! If they get rid of Lynn Murphy I will scream! She is so great to watch! Robin was one of my favs too! 😭
