I guess I’m gonna take the plunge and look like an idiot doing so: I’ve revisited the first areas of the game a few times, specifically these: I can’t find any enemies around these parts any more. Do they not respawn like in other regions? I rarely find radios and boomboxes any more. Same issue - no respawns?
