The issue is, we are happy with the Internet and cable service. Itâs your billing and Customer Service that stinks. If they told me upfront that I would need a visit because they had to work on the wires, I would have said OK and paid the $39.95. @Xfinity

Your Customer Service said that I would be able to, but that wasnât true. I contested the $39.95 charge. They denied it, so I went in and paid $39.95. My next auto pay took off my monthly charge less the $39.95. At some point, it was charged to my account. @Xfinity

Not one customer service rep at @comcast wants to do anything. @comcast will not put their pricing online. They want to call & keep small business owners on the phone instead of letting us research puselves.. Even the chat CSR pushed me to someone else. @comcastcares

@SanchzCatalina ATT is always hit or miss. You either get really great internet from them or you get unreliable trash. In Yuba City we had to switch to Comcast because ATT was terrible in our area.

@SHEsus__Christ Do any of them have moral integrity? I've had Comcast for 15 years. I pay too much but have lots of speed & almost no down time. Tech support is hard to reach but very competent once I do. You could do worse. Just don't look to any of them for purity of heart.
