Players who have pre-ordered Kingdom Come: Deliverance are able to download the exclusive "Treasures of the Past" DLC. This includes a set of Ancient Maps that appear in your shared trunk once you arrive in Rattay.

There are five maps in total leading to five different treasures that include pieces of "Warhorse Armor" and other items as well. The maps themselves can be vague and misleading - and below you will find how to reach them all and what they contain:

Ancient Map 1

Ancient Map 1 shows the town of Neuhof, with a path leading South along a river and then past a camp to the location of a site marked with a skull.

To find this site, ride South from Neuhof down along the small river to the Southeast until you reach the Charcoal Kiln Camp that you can inquire about Ginger's whereabouts in the main questline.

Look for a small path at the back of the campsite leading up into the woods, and follow it up to a ruined campground with a burned down house and a chest - this is not the actual treasure site, but you are getting close.

From the ruined site, keep heading due East into the woods - you should come across a body hanging from the tree that marks you on the right path.

Keep heading East from the body until you come upon a mound of earth. Using a spade (bought from traders or taken from the Rattay Mill), dig up the grave to find a skeleton with a very large skull - and the treasure.

The treasure includes:

  • Decorated Riding Boots
  • German Bascinet
  • 200+ Groschen
  • Lucky Playing Die
  • Recipe for Poison
  • Silver Ring
  • Stinger
  • Warhorse Pauldrons
  • Warhorse Waffenrock

Ancient Map 2

Ancient Map 2 can be a bit misleading, as it shows the town of Rattay and a river, and a mineshaft in the woods Southwest of the town of Ledetchko.

The drawing is fairly condensed, as the river in the map is not the small stream near Rattay but the large Sasau River, and the path above the Rattay Mill leads along a very long road heading into the deep woods of the Southwest corner of Bohemia.

Take the road past the Woodcutters Camp, and keep riding along as the path winds up and down, until you reach part of the woods where there is a small stream up to the North of your position. Around this area, keep looking along the road until you spot a cross on the road.

From the cross, head into the woods moving straight Southeast - which may require you to dodge around clumps of trees. You'll want to look for a giant stone jutting out of a clearing in the woods, and the mineshaft with the treasure lies just on the other side.

If you're having trouble finding near the edge of the woods Henry is allowed to explore, look on the map for a clump of pointy pine trees on the map, to the right of a dark splotch on the map. You'll want to be in the top right area of the pine trees on the map to locate the treasure.

The treasure includes:

  • Ash Longbow
  • Decorated German Bascinet
  • Fashionable Slippers
  • 300+ Groschen
  • Heavenly Kingdom Die
  • Marathon 4 Skill Book
  • Plate Jack Dyed
  • Recipe for Artemisia Potion
  • Warhorse Gambeson Chauses
  • Warhorse Gauntlets

Ancient Map 3

Ancient Map 3 is a simple map depicting a windmill just to the North of the town of Uzhitz, a small pond, and a buried body at the base of a tree at the end of a long stone wall.

From the windmill, head East until you come upon the road that converges on the pond.

You'll be looking for the stone wall in the middle between two other similar stone walls.

Follow the short wall as it winds along the hills. At a certain point it will crumble away, but keep going East until you stone wall emerges again and ends at a very large tree.

Use a spade on the dirt pile you find there to locate a pair of skeletons along with the treasure.

The treasure includes:

  • Grand Bascinet
  • 400+ Groschen
  • Necklace
  • Nobleman's Boots
  • Nurembergian Curiass
  • Odd Die
  • Recipe for Bivoj's Rage Potion
  • Spiked Warhammer
  • Warhorse Coif
  • Warhorse Greaves

Ancient Map 4

Ancient Map 4 is similar to the second map, as it depicts an area above the town of Rattay along the Sasau River, along the same road leading towards the second map's treasure.

As before, head up from Rattay Mill across the river and turn West on the road until after you pass the Woodcutter's Camp - depicted by the pile of logs on the map.

When the road forks, hang to the left and look along a clearing for a crumbling stone ruin with a large archway, and head through.

Look among the thicket here for the crumbling walls to slant downward, creating a ramp you can walk up to move along the tops of the walls. Here you'l find an area in the center that's otherwise inaccessible, and a chest here holds the treasure.

The treasure includes:

  • Fashionable Slippers
  • 200+ Groschen
  • Heavy Warhammer
  • Lightweight Dark Brigandine
  • Recipe for Lullaby Potion
  • Silver Ring
  • Warhorse Helmet
  • Warhorse Shoes

Ancient Map 5

Ancient Map 5 is a tricky one, as there is no name attached to the town at the bottom of the map, with the only clue being the river, castle, and icon in the bottom left.

The icon of hammer and chisel refers to the silver mines - those of Skalitz to be exact, making the castle and town in the corner that of Skalitz.

Head to the North entrance to the town of Skalitz and take the road Northwest until it reaches a river. Look for a bridge by two large willow trees - also depicted on the map.

Head North once you are across the river past a large basin and keep going North until the river gets smaller and starts to wind - there's a lot of thicket and bushes to move around here.

Once along the thin winding part of the river, turn and go due West through the thick bushes and into the forest. Eventually you will find a Deer Hunting Spot at a small pond, and behind it you will find a long abandoned cabin.

Head to the other side of the cabin, and you will find a chest with the treasure. However, this treasure is the only one to be kept under a "Very Hard" lock, meaning until you raise your Lockpicking Skill to at least 10, you can't even try and unlock it.

The treasure includes:

  • Dark Plate-armor Jacket
  • Decorated Riding Boots
  • 291 Groschen
  • Lucky Die
  • Recipe for Embrocation
  • The Rule of St. Nicholas 3
  • Warhorse Brigandine
  • Warhorse Hauberk
  • Yew Longbow
