There's a lot to love about Zendaya's clothing company Daya by Zendaya, from its gender-neutral approach to fashion to its inclusive sizing. But what customers haven't been loving so much lately is its seeming inability to fulfill all its orders on time. People have been complaining on Twitter that they haven't gotten clothes they ordered a month prior. Others are pointing out that the website has been down, and some haven't heard back from customer service.
Things might finally be looking up for these dissatisfied customers, though, now that Zendaya herself is on the case. On Thursday, she released a statement via Daya by Zendaya's Instagram. "I take these matters very seriously and value my fans who have supported DxZ," she said. "I am no longer affiliated with the company that was operating DxZ but I will personally ensure that each and every outstanding order and issue is resolved. I apologize for any frustration that my fans have experienced and promise that my team and I will be sorting this all out in the coming days." In the meantime, people can contact dayaxzendaya@gmail.com with questions.
