Time management. Most nurses aren’t able to identify which task is time consuming, has high priority or which tasks to complete first or later. There’s a lot of multitasking in nursing which makes it difficult for nurses to manage their time.

Working with your peers and managers. Early on in your nursing career you may find it challenging. Some like to throw their attitude around. Others are their for the paycheck only.

Stay educated and ask "why"! If the answer is "I told you to"...then start looking elsewhere. A
