The Pedestrian: Finale Puzzle Solutions (2024)

The Finale forThe Pedestrian involves a mix of 2D and 3D puzzles that players will need to complete tobeat the game. Prior levels of The Pedestrian are completely two-dimensional,so the Finale offers players a unique experience with a few new challenging puzzles. Players will move across the rooftops to reach their apartment andget to the end of The Pedestrian.Although the Finale is shorter than previous levels, the puzzlescan still be difficult to complete in this final sectionof the game.

Every level inThe Pedestrian introduces a new mechanic for players to use as they solve puzzles. In the previous levels, the new mechanics are cumulative and build on each other, but the Finale level changes the game completely. Players are moving around a 3D world to transport the 2D character to different puzzles until finally opening up the ending.To complete the final puzzles inThe Pedestrian, players will need to use the console that they were building in previous levels.

After completing the Rooftops puzzles inThe Pedestrian, players will reach a panel with a camera and a ladder. Players can take the camera and go down the ladder to place it in the final slot in the console. The character can be moved to the middle of the console, then players will take control of a 3D character. The final set of puzzles will involve moving the 2D character in and out of the console to solve puzzles and open up new paths in the 3D world.

Every Finale Puzzle Solution in The Pedestrian

As soon as players start moving in the 3D world in The Pedestrian, they will see a panel with a switch and a port. Players can transfer the 2D character to the panel, connect it to the port, and hit the switch to open the door. Then players can transfer the character back to the console and move forward to the next door. There's a red button beside the door that players can open to reach a rooftop section with multiple bridges and a blueprint puzzle at the far end.

The Pedestrian: Finale - Blueprint Puzzle

Some of the blueprints in this puzzle forThe Pedestrianwill already be connected when players approach it. The panels can't be moved, so players can connect the ladder in the starting panel to the one above it. The panel above the starting one can be connected to the top left blueprint via the two bottom doors. Then connect the ladders on the blueprints that are on the left side of the puzzle. Finally, the bottom left panel door should be connected to the top door of the top right panel. Once the puzzle is set up correctly, players can transfer the 2D character back to the console.

To continue solving this puzzle in The Pedestrian, players can head to the right and cross the bridge to reach the farthest end of the rooftop area, then go to the partially constructed building to find a box with a box symbol drawn on it. Players can pick up the box by interacting with it, then move it to the right side of the yellow folding sign with the stick figures on it. This moves the box in the 2D puzzle as well. Now, players can go back to the blueprints and the box will be in the starting panel in a position that allows players to jump up to the ladder. Players can follow the path through the blueprints to reach the key in the bottom left panel. The key needs to be placed on the jumping platform, then players can activate it to send the key flying up to the dotted platform. Players can then exitthis 2D puzzle inThe Pedestrian again.

When players exit the blueprints, they can turn around to findanew box now available to rearrange on the rooftops. Players should cross the bridge and grab the box with the key symbol on it, then place it in the farthest corner from theblueprint puzzle so it's lined up near the door in the 2D puzzle. Next, players can grab the box they moved earlier, which has a box symbol on it, and place it against the railing just before the roof with the key box turns at a sharp right angle. After arranging the boxes properly, players can go back to the 2D puzzle one more time.

Players should have the box lined up so they can reach the final door, and the key should be on the ledge right in front of the door. The key can then be used to open the locked door in the top right panel, and doing so will open up the locked door in the 3D world. Players can exit the blueprint puzzle, then go back to the rooftop to the right where players started in this area. Players canuse the stairs and access the newly opened door to reach an apartment and the final puzzle area ofThe Pedestrian.

The Pedestrian: Finale -Apartment Puzzle

In thislast area of The Pedestrian, there's a switch near the entrance to the apartment with a yellow wire coming out of it. Players can flip the switch, then go to the far end of the apartment and grab the floppy disk next to the acoustic guitar on the window seat. Next, players can put the floppy disk into the computer to the right of the window, then spin around and press the button on the panel with the shutter over it. Once it opens, players can transfer the 2D character to the panels and complete the last puzzle.

There are two panels that can be connected by ladders in this final puzzle in The Pedestrian. There's a hidden key behind the post-it note that players can grab, then they can jump up and open the locked door. Finally, players can transfer the 2D character back to their console so they are moving in the 3D world again. The last exit is behind the player through the wall next to the computer. At the end of the hallway, there's a dock where players canboard a boat and sail away to completeThe Pedestrian.
