Dead-eye Targets are a type of hidden collectible found all throughout the various Campaign Missions of Sniper Elite 5. These objects appear as stone eagle statues and are usually placed on very hard-to-reach areas in the game. To mark a Dead-eye target as found, you must simply shoot it using your rifle.

Stone Eagles, also known in-game as Dead-Eye Targets, are a type of collectible in Sniper Elite 5, typically found on the top of buildings around each of the game's eight maps.
Conveniently, there's also a panel to the right where you can sabotage the chandelier and cause it to drop. If you're lucky, Kummler will be wandering the room and you'll only have to wait for him to pass beneath the chandelier — he'll pause to inspect a case of wine. Drop the chandelier to complete this challenge.
