What is your shipping information? ›

Shipping Information means with respect to any purchased Unit(s), the following information: the name of the recipient, the shipping address, the quantity of Units to be shipped, and any other shipping-related information we may reasonably request.

Bill of Lading

A BOL includes essential information such as the names of the shipper and the consignee, the point of origin and destination, a detailed description of the goods, the quantity and weight of the goods, and any special instructions or handling requirements.

There are a few essential elements to include: your recipient's full name, the delivery address, city, state (when shipping within the U.S.), and zip code. From there, the formatting may change depending on your shipment's destination.

Some carriers can't deliver to certain address types. We're restricted from shipping to your location due to government import/export requirements, manufacturer restrictions, or warranty issues. The seller doesn't offer international shipping. The seller doesn't ship restricted items to your address.

A shipping address is a location where your customer wants you to send the products. This can be either their own address or someone else's. Here are some of the reasons your customer may choose a different shipping address other than their own: They are buying a gift for someone.

Shipping is the physical movement of goods from one point to another, such as the moving of merchandise from the warehouse to the customer. The shipping process follows the manufacture and the packing of goods and will be controlled by a shipping or logistics company. Was this information useful?

Shipping Instruction. Shipping instructions is a document, provided by the exporter (or agent) to the carrier, containing details of the cargo to be shipped, the parties involved and the requirements for its transportation. The shipping instructions are used by the carrier to create the Bill of Lading.

The Basic Description must be placed on a shipping paper in the sequence called for in §172.202(b) of the HMR. An easy way to remember the sequence is to use the acronym “ISHP”: I-Identification Number, S-Proper Shipping Name, H-Hazard Class or Division, and P-Packing Group.

Shipment Details means actual number of pieces, dimensions of each piece (as measured by “length x width x height”, and individual and total weight of all pieces comprised in the Shipment, as provided to Company by Customer in written form; Sample 1Sample 2.

What happens if Amazon can't deliver to my address? ›

Common reasons for undeliverable packages

Your address could be incorrect or outdated. Visit Add and Manage Addresses. If a carrier can't deliver the package, they'll return it after multiple attempts. If a gift recipient isn't expecting a gift, they may refuse it, and we'll issue a refund.

If your estimated delivery date keeps changing, or your orders have been 'Shipping Soon' for a while: There may be an error with the address you've entered. It's worth double checking it. If you've ordered it to a PO Box, or a Pickup Location, your item may be too large to deliver to that location.

If we can't deliver your package, it will be returned to Amazon for a refund. You can redirect eligible shipments to an Amazon Hub Locker using your Amazon Shopping App. Go to Your Orders, select your order, then choose Send to a nearby pickup point.

Shipment information sent to FedEx means the package is still at the shipper's original location. FedEx will update the delivery status once the package has been picked up.
