Please be informed that PNB will disable its old Mobile Banking App on July 31, 2021 to give way to its new PNB Digital App.

Switch to the new PNB Digital App for a more user-friendly and better digital solution for your banking needs!

Why are we deactivating the old PNB Mobile App?The old PNB Mobile Banking app shall soon be deactivated to give way to the new PNB Digital App. The new PNB Digital App has enhanced features to provide safe and secure online banking transactions.You may already download and easily sign up to the new PNB Digital App using your PNB savings/checking account number or PNB Debit/Credit Card number.
  2. Until when can I use the old PNB Mobile Banking App?You can continue to use the PNB Mobile Banking App until July 31, 2021. But we encourage you to already start switching to the new PNB Digital App as early as now.
  3. How do I sign up to the new PNB Digital App?For a step-by-step guide on how to enroll to the PNB Digital App, please visit www.pnb.com.ph/digitalBe sure to have your savings/checking account number or debit/credit card number ready.
  4. Where can I learn more about the PNB Digital App?Please visit www.pnb.com.ph/digital for more details on all features, step-by-step guides and other FAQs.
  5. Will I be able to view my previously saved payees and billers in the new PNB Digital App?For you to continue viewing your previously saved payees and billers in the new PNB Digital App, please use your old PNB Mobile Banking App username and password during initial enrollment to the app**Applicable to users who have enrolled in the old PNB Mobile Banking App before the following cut off dates
    For PNB current and savings accountholders – February 16, 2021
    For PNB credit cardholders with no deposit account – April 25, 2021
  6. Can I still download/reinstall the old PNB Mobile Banking App?The old PNB Mobile Banking App is no longer available for download in the App Store and Google Play.
  7. What will the happen to the old PNB Mobile Banking App that is installed in my device once it has been deactivated?Once the old PNB Mobile Banking App has been shut down, you may no longer be able to access it. You may already delete the app in your mobile device.
  8. Will all features in the PNB Mobile Banking App be available in the new PNB Digital App once it has been deactivated?Below are the following features that are already available and soon to be available in the new PNB Digital App.You may access PNB Internet Banking for features, payee banks and billers that are not yet available in the new PNB Digital App.
    View balances and recent transactions for savings/checking accounts and credit cardsAlready available in the PNB Digital App
    Send money between PNB accounts, to other local bank in the PNB Digital App accounts and to e-wallets
    Pay bills
    Download PNB Credit Card e-statement
    Manage UITF InvestmentsCurrently available in PNB Internet Banking.

  9. How can I send money or pay a previously saved payee bank or biller that is not yet available the new PNB Digital App?You may use PNB Internet Banking to perform money transfer or bills payment to any payee bank or biller that is not yet available on the new PNB Digital App.
  10. How do I access PNB Internet Banking?To access PNB Internet Banking, visit www.pnb.com.ph and click on the “Login” button at the top of the home page. You may log in using your PNB Mobile App username and password.
  11. I am not a user of the old PNB Mobile App but already enrolled to the new PNB Digital App.
    Can I use my PNB Digital App username and password to log in to PNB Internet Banking?
    Access to PNB Internet Banking requires a separate enrollment from your PNB Digital App. If you were enrolled in PNB Internet and Mobile Banking on February 16, 2021 or earlier, you may nominate the same username and password when signing up to the new PNB Digital App. This will allow us to migrate your saved payees and billers as of February 16, 2021 to the new app.
