The PIN Reset function allows you to reset the PIN. A client may request a PIN reset if the security of their PIN is compromised, or they wish to change their PIN.

To access the PIN reset function:
1.Search for the client by entering the client’s current card number into the Card # field in the Client Search section of the Client / Transaction Search page, and clicking the Search button. The Case Information - Card Tab displays card information for the card number provided and allows you to reset the PIN for the client.
