How to see student answers on Pear Deck? ›

If you start a new lesson, choose Instructor Paced to automatically open the Projector View. Hover over the bottom of the slide. The Navigation bar appears. Click the Show Responses button.

Each time your present the Deck or List and collect responses, this information is automatically saved as its own Session, which you can review later in your Sessions menu. Here are the ways to present a file again: Present again from Pear Deck Home.

Click on the More actions (three-dots) button to remove a response from the Projector View so the class won't see it. In the Dashboard, the answer turns grey when it is hidden. There is not a way for teachers to permanently delete students' responses in Pear Deck.

There's no limit to the number of Sessions you can present with Pear Deck. You can even join your Sessions as a student to get the full preview of what students will see.
