The notification I am talking about is that appear in bottom right side of PC for about 5 seconds. This is the notification "Virus protection is out of date..."

Please try following the below steps:
- Use the Windows key + R to open the Run window.
- Type gpedit.msc in the blank field.
- Press the Ok button in the run window.
- Go to the ‘Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Windows Security/Notifications‘ folder.
- Open the Hide all notifications policy.
- Select the Enabled radio option.
- Press the Ok button to save changes.
- Close the Group Policy Editor.
- Reboot your computer.
- Windows Security notifications are disabled completely.
