How to prepare?

  • Get an 8 x 10 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add 3 cups shredded unsweetened coconut flakes, 1 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup honey (or any other sweetener), 1-2 cups dark chocolate.
  • Mixall your ingredients very well.
  • Pour the batter into the pan. Lightly wet your hands and press firmly in place.
  • Place it in the fridge to firm up.
  • Once firm, remove and cut the preparation into bars. Place in the fridge again.
