District high school sports streaming live and on-demand on NFHS network (2024)

Alumni, students, family and other fans of high school sports are reminded they can watch many of our high school competitions online live or on-demand later for a small fee.

Dearborn, Edsel Ford and Fordson high schools are all part of the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) streaming network. Through the service, subscribers can watch games live or on-demand at https://www.nfhsnetwork.com/. NFHS is the only site streaming games in the district.

Subscriptions are priced at $11.99 per month or $79.99 per year. The fee covers any game shown on the NFHS Network including home games and those at other participating schools as well as on-demand events dating back one year. High schools receive a portion of the subscription revenue, which they will use to help offset the cost of the cameras and other equipment.

Any sports held in the high school gyms or stadiums will be streamed. For the fall, this includes soccer, football and field hockey outside and volleyball inside. Winter sports including boys and girls basketball, wrestling and competitive cheerleading will also be streamed. The service does not include sports held outside of the gym or turf fields, for example swimming and bowling.

Some out-of-district schools also use NFHS and its affiliated GoFan site to sell tickets for those planning to attend away games in person.

Regular season and MHSAA tournament games are included in the subscription.
