MONTGOMERY COUNTY (KIAH) - Two big rigs crash leading to a hazmat spill prompting a total closure of Interstate 69 at Roman Forest Boulevard in Montgomery County at 12:20 am Friday.Our crew on the scene learned that one of the 18-wheeler's transmission failed and was stopped in the middle of the freeway in an unlit area. The truck was carrying cartons of diesel exhaust fluid.
