Family Secrets

Our enchilada sauce is an authentic recipe that has been passed down through several generations in Chef Fred’s family. It starts with our house-made broth. Then we slowly add organic chiles, oil, garlic and our own special, secret blend of spices. The sauce is simmered until the flavors are perfect and Fred’s great-great-grandmother would be proud.
